Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

We always try to issue the refund as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales season) it can take a little longer. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days after your return is processed. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email. If you have not received your return confirmation from us within that time, please contact our customer service. All refund information will come directly to you from us. For any questions relating to your refund, please contact us directly. 

For the replacement of the goods ordered, you need to contact customer service for operation. You can apply for an exchange of the same item of the same color. Customized products do not support exchange, nor do they support 7-day no-reason return service.
